Radical Engineering can reproduce antique parts on a one-off basis for that project you are working on or we can produce them in quantity for companies or individuals that wish to market the parts. Many parts are not needed in high quantities because the vehicles they fit were never produced in high quantity or there are very few of those cars left. In those instances, the aftermarket is very unlikely to produce parts for these vehicles. The only solutions are to search for acceptable parts from people parting out these cars, or make new parts from patterns or an existing rusted or damaged part.
We have the skills to reproduce parts using either old world methods such as english wheels, sandbags and mallets in combination with wooden bucks to check the shape as the part progresses. We can also use manual lathes and mills or CNC lathes and mills as needed. Part blanks can be laser cut or CNC plasma cut as needed.
