Radical Engineering creates drawings of the parts you wish have manufactured and then uses a variety of methods to produce the parts. We can manufacture parts using manual lathes and mills or CNC machines depending on the complexity of the parts and how many are required. For fabricated parts, we can hand make the parts or use laser or plasma cut blanks and then bend or shape the parts as required. We can shape sheet metal parts using sandbags and mallets and then finish the parts on the English wheel or use brakes and rollers to shape the parts.
